This policy explains what happens to the information you provide when you enquire about lessons with Dzvina Piano Studio.

What is collected

When you complete the lesson request form, the details you enter are collected: your name, email address, telephone number, who the lessons are for, the student's age if relevant, the tuition you are interested in, your current level, your preferred lesson duration, day and time, your location preference, your postcode if you request a home visit, and anything you choose to write about your musical goals.

How it is used

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, to consider a suitable lesson time and location, and to arrange and administer tuition if you go ahead. They are not used for marketing lists and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

How it is stored

Enquiries are submitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private, secure database that is not publicly accessible. Only I can view them. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where tuition begins, for as long as necessary to administer lessons.

Children's information

Where an enquiry concerns a child, the form should be completed by a parent or guardian. Only the limited information needed to plan lessons is requested.

Your rights
